Learn how to master the 5 fundamentals of kettlebell conditioning to address the entire body. Posture is power and we are going all in to improve this ever so important aspect of your fitness.

From there, we will expand upon the basics to integrate some dynamic flow sequences to challenge every participant from novice to expert. You will challenge your mind as much as your body in this ferocious program that is not for the faint hearted.

Circuit training based session spent on our Twins Muay Thai Banana Bags, Water Filled Aqua bags, and Primal Boxing Ring. Also, a variety of resistance work: pressing, pulling, squatting, crunching, and jumping. The intervals are authentic and intense, the activities are varied, and the sweat is real.

Free to all who feel the need! Muay Thai & boxing sparring. Focus is to utilize and practice proper technique and not on hurting your sparring partners. All sparring sessions are supervised to ensure safety of everyone.

Enjoy 60 minutes of high intensity sparring with high octane music to keep you going.

Also known as Vinyasa is a 50-min style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. The classes are often fast paced and rhythmical with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath.

Vinyasa means to move with the breath and you will experience what it feels like as your body and mind synergize to move intentionally and in unison.

Moving with the breath can also mean to slow down the transition with deep inhales and slow exhalation. No two classes are ever the same and often the sequences are creative and playful.
