The Primal Methodology is designed to improve mind-body connection by combining the fitness disciplines of Strength, Combat, and Movement following Animal Flow Core Techniques.
The Animal flow core technique includes a range of movements and combinations that are grouped into categories. Each category is designed to elicit specific results. Categories can be mixed and matched in many ways, allowing you to incorporate one, some, or all of them in your workouts.

Primal Strength is geared towards improving and instilling proper biomechanics which will provide you the foundation you need to perform well. You will get insight and instruction on all technical movements needed to safely perform our fundamental form specific postures. We will boost your conditioning regardless of your fitness level and you are gonna have a fun time doing it with our killer dope classes. Check out the classes we have on the workout page and you'll know what we talkin bout. If that isn't enough, take your Primal Strength skills to a new test and try out some Primal Combat and/or Primal Movement classes.

Primal Movement is designed to help people of all abilities manage their anxiety, improve mobility & alignment, sweat, and feel better. Primal Movement invites you to find a different form of freedom in your body by exploring the connection between Yoga, Animal Locomotion, Calisthenics, and Flowbility. This is at the core of Primal’s training methodology. In addition, Primal Movement training will give you added agility performance for your Primal Combat training and the mobility you need to excel in Primal Strength.
