At the Primal Performance Lab, we pride ourselves in getting you started on your transformational journey. 

For the well trained looking for something new, we’ve got exactly what you need.  All you need to do is come and experience it yourself.

What to do on your 1st day of Team Training

Team sessions are group focused workouts that consist of 15 to 20 people that are fast, fun, and extremely motivating.

    Message us on Instagram/Facebook @primalperformancelab to ask for your first trial session. Or simply

    After you Register, pick your Strength, Combat or Movement session on our schedule.

  • 3

    Come 15-20 minutes early for us to set you up on our studio wearables trackers and get ready to experience a new type of training with measurable recorded results.

  • 4

    You can pay for your package when you arrive or after your workout. No problemo.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING


ESSENTIALS FOR ALL FLOORS

Water bottle - You will need to stay hydrated.
Towel - You are going to sweat!

COMBAT FLOOR

Boxing hand wraps – Trust us, you will want your own.
Boxing gloves – We have communal ones for first timers.

MOVEMENT FLOOR

Your own Yoga Matt – We have communal mats as well.

WEARABLES

Wearables are mandatory for certain Strength and Combat session types. To find out more, have a look at our class descriptions.

You can rent our in-house gym trackers or buy your own at our merch store.

OK, here's what happens !


Dynamic Warm Up


Whether you are on the Strength floor, Combat floor, or Movement floor, warming up is key before each session to get you ready to perform at your best. Our coaches will take you through a few warm up drills to get your blood moving and your body ready for action.

Time to Perform


Get ready, get focused... Time to train with the team around you and give it your best. Get that heart rate up, watch your calorie numbers increase, or have a friendly competition with the person beside you to get on top on our big screen displays. Time to kick some ass!

Stretch, recover, and chill


You just killed it. Time to stretch it out, recover, and chillax. You are going to feel it the next morning.

Grab a drink at the Fuel bar, hop in the ice barrel for recovery, and check out your gains via your data metrics stats. See how you measure up with fellow teammates.
